Wheelhouse sees a strategic partnership with The Mission Co and believes their heart and passion can continue to have a profound global impact.

“…partnered with local organizations to provide care, food, and support in communities primarily in Beaver County.”

The Mission Co is a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit that, “provides life-changing resources to people and communities locally, nationally and globally.” The nonprofit serves as a “bridge” between monthly donors and communities who have specific needs across the world. Currently, they have active missions in Pittsburgh and Lima, Peru. Without Mission Co’s specific knowledge and skillset, these communities’ needs might fly under the radar.

In Pittsburgh, they have partnered with local organizations to provide care, food, and support in communities primarily in Beaver County. Born from a genuine community need during the COVID-19 crisis, the mission aims to, “connect people, communities, and businesses so that they may receive care, food, and support as well as give it.”

In Lima, The Mission Co has established a higher education program for young adults. The program is directed by a local family, Samuel, and Melissa who saw a need in their community to provide the structure and programs necessary to enable adult students to enter the workforce prepared. While the program inspires and launches the individual student, the ultimate goal is to create a generational impact.

Mike and Ariana, who founded the Mission Co, created the organization from a genuine and specific knowledge of the communities around them. As entrepreneurs who saw a need, and created the structure to meet that need, we are honored to give toward their efforts and see them grow.

“…the program inspires and launches the individual student, the ultimate goal is to create a generational impact.”
